Privacy Policy and Terms

  1. The Fifth Meal blog does not collect any personal information outside of your name and email when you choose to comment and will not share your information with any outside parties.

  2. All images and graphics on this website are owned by the site owner.

  3. Do not reuse images or contents of this website for commercial use.

  4. Subscriptions will need store emails in order to send out newsletters.

  5. Unless specifically stated in a post, I am not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the restaurants covered, and all comments about such places are entirely my opinion.

  6. This website and blog do not condone graphic, inappropriate, illegal, or spam comments; any such comments will be removed and your account will be banned.

  7. Ads on the website are run by google, therefore The 5th Meal is not responsible for the legal or emotional implications caused by following the ads.

Merch Shop Policy

  • The store is run by Printful, this is a print-on-demand service, so there will be some delays in receiving your product.

  • Order failed to deliver, due to incorrect address or other reasons:

    • If we are notified that your order is being returned by the shipping carrier for any reason. If you want us to reship the order, please confirm your address, and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you​​

  • Order returned by the customer​

    • ​Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense
    • ​We do not accept Buyer’s remorse as a reason for returns, and will not refund in those cases.
    • Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. 

    • Damaged & mislabeled items: Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you and reship the product for you.​

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees, which may be assessed to your order once it arrives in the destination country. The 5th Meal does not include any coverage for customs or duty fees in quoted shipping costs, or at any point in our checkout or billing process.

  • If you have any questions related to customs, duty, and import charges, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering.
